The Better Business Bureau of Minnesota and North Dakota (BBB) recently held a meeting addressing concerns about red-tagging with representatives from the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. The goal of this meeting was to create consumer tips to explain what red-tagging is and what consumers should be aware of if their furnace is red-tagged.
The tips created by the industry group reflect current trends in the marketplace, as well as information gathered from the meeting. A copy of the consumer tips is in the PDF below.
