.wpforms-container Plans are valid for owner occupied single family dwellings. Plan is transferable to new occupants or new owner of home. Certification inspection is a separate service. Includes two visits
per year. Yearly fee covers up to 1 furnace, and 1 A/C, or 1 boiler. Additional equipment will be added to contract at preferred customer rates. Does not include filters. Does not cover
cost of problem diagnostic or repair. Does not cover parts or part installation. Does not include hydronic boiler heat exchanger cleaning. Standard plan rates are applicable to natural
gas, forced air and boilers only. Extra charges may apply to specialty equipment such as heat pumps, mini splits, high efficiency boilers, storage tanks, in-fl oor heat, wall mounted boilers
and garage units. Window A/Cs not covered. You are purchasing this membership plan for one full year. Your membership Plan is payable in twelve equal monthly installments starting
when your enrollment is paid for. Unless you cancel the membership by notice given within 30 days of your membership anniversary date, it is automatically renewed for the next 12
months at the price, terms and conditions then in effect. Your payment signifies acceptance of this agreement. If you add additional coverage or additional appliances or equipment, or
any other additional options, within a contract year, the expiration date of your Repair Plan is extended to 12 months from the date the new coverage was added.
