Paul and Adam showed at the time promised (early actually!) and were in and out the door in 3 hours, with our new furnace and thermostat installed. Adam was great in answering all our questions and in giving a tutorial on how to use the thermostat. A big shout out to both guys and to Metro Air! Our experience with your company was way above average!
I called Metro Heating and Cooling because my water heater broke down down was leaking water all over my laundry room so I need immediate help....I spoke with Micah and he immediately was on it! Sent Quote and answered all my questions very openly and honestly. Then he sent out Nick within 4 hours to put in our new Rheem and Nick was very professional and great to work with....did a great job installing the new water heater and excellent clean up after the work was all done as well. Great experience right from the very first phone call to completion of service! Very happy customers and will most certainly use Metro Heating and Cooling again if needed.
Metro was amazing to work with. My furnace went out during the coldest record setting temperatures on a Sunday. Metro was at my home within a matter of hours, had heat coming into our home and parts ordered the very next day. Their service technician was professional, pleasant and very knowledgeable. Metro's customer service was stellar and their price points reasonable. I would recommend this company HANDS DOWN for any HVAC service you require. I will certainly be calling them when I need anything HVAC related.
Just received services from Charles at Metro Heating and Plumbing. I had a running toilet, and issues with a garbage disposal. Given my lack of experience in plumbing it would have been easy to sell me on upgrades that were not needed, instead what I received was some quality education, and great quick, reasonably priced service.
This is the 3rd time I have done business with Metro this year. Each time (completely unrelated service calls). Each time, the service has been excellent. Thank you Charles. Thank you Metro.
We are very pleased with sales and service at Metro. When the owner calls you back on New Years Day returning home from the holidays,then shows up early the next morning to discuss a new furnace which was installed within 24 hrs I have to say what a pleasure it has been dealing with Metro. Your Service Technician (Rainie) did a outstanding job servicing our furnace today. Very friendly and he fixed the problem very quickly. I will be replacing my furnace and central air within the next 3 years and I promise you, Metro Heating and Cooling will be my first call. Thank you very much, Jim Blom
I've had great luck and service from Metro. Candidly, Mike is one of the best if not the best Service Technician I've ever dealt with in any industry.
Brady our tech was very nice and thorough. He explained everything and took the time to answer all my questions.
Furnace that was no producing heat...John diagnosed the issue(s) accurately, quickly and provided me a detailed explanation of the cause. He went above by providing us with suggested steps on how to have it replace quickly. I appreciated Johns detailed information and professionalism.
On the coldest night in many winters our furnace quit working. Metro called first thing in the morning and had a technician to our house by 9:45am. The technician - Soua - went right to work & quickly diagnosed the problem. He made the repair and inspected our furnace for any other potential problems. Soua also gave me advice about our furnace, the type of filter I was using, and some suggestions about a possible upgrade. He was very professional, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend Metro Heating & Cooling.
